About Me
I lead product design strategy for UX systems that make AR, VR, and spatial platforms usable at scale. My work includes HoloLens, Horizon Worlds, Rec Room, and Xbox Kinect, with a focus on platform UX, creation tools, multiplayer systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
I’ve guided platform systems from concept through production, managed teams from small strike groups to larger orgs, and rebuilt groups that were struggling. I work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research to define roadmaps and deliver systems used across products and platforms.
I’m known for bringing structure to under-defined spaces and turning early concepts into production systems used at scale. My work has been recognized with more than 75 Best of E3 awards for HoloLens and Xbox, along with national media features for Horizon Worlds.
