Led the redesign of Rec Room’s professional creation tooling, restoring content velocity and establishing a scalable foundation for creator growth across VR and PC.

What I Owned

  • Defined the creation strategy for Rec Room’s 80-person creator organization.
  • Led UX and system design for a PC-native creation toolset replacing VR-first workflows.
  • Designed and shipped Advanced Creation Mode in partnership with 8 engineers.
  • Established creator segmentation in collaboration with data and research teams.
  • Built in-app survey and feedback systems to support continuous iteration.
